About

Hello! I’m Fanny Jourdan, a researcher in the DEEL team at the Technological Research Institute (IRT Saint Exupéry) in Toulouse, France.
My work focuses on making Language Models more transparent and interpretable. In particular, I am interested in:

⚖️ Developing metrics and datasets to assess biases and hallucinations. 🔍 Designing methods to explain model predictions.
📊 Evaluating and benchmarking explainability techniques. 🛠️ Intervening directly on models to remove undesirable biases or learned concepts.

Beyond my research, I am dedicated to promoting gender equality in STEM. I also enjoy public outreach and science communication, helping to demystify AI and highlight its broader societal impacts.
